Veit Helmer

Veit Helmer (1968) has made films since he was fourteen. He studied directing at the Television and Film Academy in Munich and worked as producer with the German television channel NDR. He co-produced Die Gebrüder Skladanovski with Wim Wenders. As well as film productions, he makes commercials. Tuvalu is his first feature. Helmer is now working on his next film, No Man's Land.
