Masato Harada
Harada Masato (1949) started his career as director after being a film critic for a while. His films Heartbreak Yakuza and Kamikaze blew new life into the Japanese gangster genre. Harada is regarded as one of the most versatile of the 'new generation' of Japanese directors.
