IFFR and Library Rotterdam will screen the short film Greetings From Wormhole 61 together with filmmaker Rogier Mulder on Saturday 30 September 2023 at 14.00. This is a free event. Bring a neighbour or a friend and experience the beauty of Rotterdam, also on the cinema screen!
About Greetings From Wormhole 61
Greetings From Wormhole 61 follows Joan Hillman, an ambitious entrepreneur who hitches a ride through space from a truck driver. They talk about the demise of the working class. It turns out that the problems in other galaxies are not unlike our own.
Rogier Mulder is a filmmaker, visual-effects artist and animator. With Greetings from Wormhole 61, he has created a convincing science-fiction film that – for once – does not involve space wars, but deals with everyday problems.
The screening of Greetings From Wormhole 61 is accompanied by an activity in which participants will learn how to make their own stories tangible in a creative way.
The workshop will be given in Dutch. The film is in English with Dutch subtitles. There’s a limited capacity, so please reserve your seats before through the link below.
