Yonebayashi Hiromasa

YONEBAYASHI Hiromasa (1973, Japan) is a film director and animator. Since 2001, he has worked principally as an animator for filmmaker Hayao Miyazaki. In 2010, he directed his own animated film The Secret World of Arrietty, for which he received the Japan Academy Prize for Best Animation the next year. When Marnie Was There is his second film.
