SUNADA Mami (1978, Japan) attended a documentary training course in Tokyo. After this, she assisted filmmaker Koreeda Hirokazu and others. Sunada's debut Death of a Japanese Salesman (2011), a documentary about the last days of her ill father, won several prizes. A second documentary The Kingdom of Dreams and Madness screens during IFFR 2015.

Studio Ghibli has enchanted audiences young and old worldwide with instant classics such as Spirited Away and My Neighbor Totoro. The film pays homage to central figure Hayao Miyazaki, at work on his final project The Wind Rises. Attention is also devoted to the many other behind-the-scenes talents at this famous company.
