Shingo Wakagi

WAKAGI Shingo (1971, Hamamatsu, Japan) is a well-known photographer in Japan. He graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology’s School of Photographic Arts and Sciences in 1994. His photographs were published in magazines such as The New York Times Magazine en Newsweek. After returning to Japan in 1996, Wakagi released a photo book with pictures of grandfathers. The feature Waltz in Starlight is his first work as a director.
