Sergey Dvortsevoy
Sergey DVORTSEVOY (1962, Kazakhstan) studied aeronautics before learning film directing and scriptwriting in Moscow in 1993. Since then, he has worked as freelance director. He has won more than 50 international film prizes. Tulpan is his début feature.
