Martin John Callanan

Martin John CALLANAN (1982) is a conceptual artist working in London and Scotland, whose work has been exhibited and published internationally. He is a Teaching Fellow in Fine Art Media at Slade School of Fine Art (University College London), from which he previously also graduated with an MFA in 2005. Recently, he has been awarded with the prestigious Philip Leverhulme Prize in Visual Art, for outstanding research. He is mainly interested in research on the place of the individual in the system.
