Kumakiri Kazuyoshi

KUMAKIRI Kazuyoshi (1974, Japan) started making films in secondary school and won his first film prize at the age of seventeen. He studied film at Osaka Art Academy, where he graduated with the film Kichiku (1998), which took the second prize at the Pia Film Festival in 1997 and was distributed in Japan with great success. With his film Antenna (2002), he was invited to the film festivals of Venice and Toronto.
