Kristina Grozeva

After studying journalism at the University of Sofia, Kristina GROZEVA (1976, Sofia, Bulgaria) graduated in 2005 as a film and television director from the National Academy for Theatre and Film Art and made several award-winning short films. The documentary Parable of Life (2009) marks the start of her direct cooperation with Petar Valchanov. Their Jump (2012) was the first Bulgarian short film to be nominated for the European Film Awards. The Lesson (2014) is their first feature.
