Once upon a time, there was a devil made of papier-mâché who got lost in the centre of Mexico City. Two street kids cross his path; they attack him and take out all their violent blasts on him. Based on the true story of boxer Billy Moore, who ended up in a Thai prison and had to literally fight for his life, by taking part in Muay Thai boxing tournaments. Alarming, raw and filmed in a painfully realistic way, director Sauvaire has made a hard-hitting boxing prison drama it takes a while to recover from.
