Jan Ole Gerster

Jan Ole GERSTER (Germany) once did a work placement with X Filme Creative Pool, where he worked on the film Goodbye, Lenin!, among others. After that, he attended a directing and scriptwriting course at the film and TV Academy in Berlin. During his studies, he made Der Schmerz geht, der Film bleibt - The Making of Goodbye, Lenin! (2004, doc), music videos and several cinema commercials. He also wrote Oh Boy, which is his first feature.
