Eoghan RYAN (1987, Ireland) is an artist based in London and Berlin. He graduated from Goldsmiths, University of London in 2012. He mainly works with moving image, installation, performance, sculpture and collage. His works deal with the disintegration of language in relation to urgent states of identity, ranging from states of being and nation states to the cultivation of provisional culture, in art as much as bacteria. He was the second South London Gallery Graduate Resident from 2012 - 2013. His works have been featured at various galleries and museums, including Kunstverein Freiburg in Breisgau, Lo Schermo Dell'arte in Florence, Irish Museum of Modern Art in Dublin, and Kem in Warsaw.
