Dunstan Bruce

Dunstan BRUCE (1960, UK) is a musician, producer and filmmaker based in Brighton. He founded and was the vocalist for 23 years of the anarchist band Chumbawamba. Their single ‘Tubthumping (I Get Knocked Down)’ became a worldwide pop hit in 1997. He set up his own film production company through which he made a documentary about a trip to China with punk group Sham 69 called This Band Is So Gorgeous!, which was nominated for the IDFA Melkweg Best Music Documentary in 2012. He co-directed I Get Knocked Down (2021) with Sophie Robinson.
