David Byrne

David BYRNE (1952, Scotland) is a singer, guitarist, composer, artist and film maker. He made his first single in 1976: Love Goes to Building on Fire. In 1977 he founded the Talking Heads which had a single with Psycho Killer. Major LP successes followed in the 1980s and led to Jonathan Demme's film Stop Making Sense (1984).
