Dagmawi Yimer

Dagmawi YIMER studied law in Ethiopia, but because of the strong political repression in his country, he decided to emigrate. In 2005 he crossed the desert between the Sudan and Libya. Dag finally managed to reach Italy by sea. He went to the Asinitas Onlus School in Rome, a meeting place for many African immigrants. There he was educated in Italian and in film making.
