Caroline Kamya

Caroline KAMYA (1974, Uganda) was educated in Architecture and Urban Design and holds a MA in TV Documentary. In 1999 she set up her own production company iVAD in London. She worked at BBC London and set up a company office in Kampala, Uganda in 2004. iVAD International is now the leading production house in Uganda. Imani was her debut feature film. It opened at the Berlin Film Festival 2010 and has since travelled the world gaining a number of awards.
