Ülkü OKTAY (1980, Turkey) studied Architecture at the Middle East Technical University before she started to write scripts and direct short films and music videos. Ülkü is one of the five film makers of the omnibus film Tales from Kars (2010). She is screenwriter and director of the short film called Zilo.
