Mina Dreki

Mina Dreki is a producer based in Athens. She focuses on projects by emerging talents and is keen in empowering new voices telling untold social and environmental stories. She has a BA in mass media, an MA in linguistics and a second BA in European Studies. Her shorts have participated at many international festivals (Cannes, Clermont-Ferrand, BFI, POFF), won Greek Academy Awards and has been released globally (The New Yorker, HBO Europe). She has trained at TFL’s Green Film Lab, has mentorship with EWA and ACE Producers, and participated in Sarajevo’s Cinelink Producers Lab and IDFA Academy. Her first feature documentary in development is part of the Balkan Documentary Center Discoveries and has won three pitching awards in 2022.

Marni Films - Greece

Marni Films, an independent film production company based in Athens and founded in 2011, develops, and produces feature films, shorts, and documentaries by emerging and promising talents whose work can spark the interest of international audiences with high quality and unique storytelling. In 2006 its first feature fiction, Suntan premiered at IFFR and SWSX while Afterlov was awarded Locarno’s Young Directors prize. Marni’s extensive filmography includes a long list of short films, which have premiered in a-list festivals around the world, as well as creative documentaries. As a co-producer, Marni has been involved in feature films by well-known Greek filmmakers such as Yorgos Lanthimos, Alexis Alexiou, Yiannis Veslemes, Syllas Tzoumerkas, Yorgos Zois and many more.
