Maria Laskaridou

Maria has been at Argonauts since 2020. She is responsible for developing and producing local and international features and short stories. Maria holds a master’s degree in Film Studies from the Faculty of Fine Arts of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, specialising in Audiovisual Production. She also studied Transmedia Storytelling and Media Innovation in Tallinn University in Estonia and attended Torino Film Lab for Story Editors and for Sustainable Producing. Maria is an active member of European Women's Audiovisual (EWA) Network and Hellenic Producers’ Association. Her filmography includes titles such as Crimes Of The Future by David Cronenberg (Cannes Official Competition), Behind The Haystacks by Asimina Proedrou (GOA IFF), Sad Girl Weekend by D. Tsakaleas & L. Vartzioti (Sarajevo IFF).
