Kudi Maradzika
Passionate about where story and business meet, Kudi is a Zimbabwean-born multi-award-winning executive producer and content specialist. With over a decade's worth of experience in producing and creating scripted content and factual formats in various mediums such as TV series, features, animation, and digital content production.
She has functioned in the capacity of editorial lead and executive producer at Paramount Africa (2018 to 2022) and previously as a freelancer, producing content for AVOD, SVOD, free-to-air, and PayTV platforms such as Netflix, Showmax, and YouTube working across Africa, in Johannesburg, Kenya, and Lagos specifically. Kudi is a multi-award (SAFTA, Promax, Africa Magic Viewer’s Choice, African Film Academy Award, and Loerie) winning and nominated executive producer.
Kudi is currently the showrunner for her first scripted series, Bad Influencer for an international streamer as well as Associate Producer for an upcoming feature as well. She is also currently in development for her first short Remembrance as part of the NFVF Female Filmmaker slate.
