Blackfish Productions is an independent production company based in Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental, Mindanao, Philippines. It collaborates with different upcoming writers and directors dedicated to promoting local storytelling with regional short and feature film projects, with different genres from narrative features to documentaries. The aim of Blackfish Productions is to support and create opportunities for regional storytellers.

Julienne is a filmmaker based in Northern Mindanao, Philippines. She founded Blackfish Productions in 2010. She has produced short films that were showcased in national film festivals. She produced her first full length feature that was co-produced by a national film festival in 2018.
