Who are those letter writers whose thoughts we hear in the guilty voice-overs in Portuguese, Italian, French and German? Embodied in a beautiful montage of archive material, above all from private Super8 films but also with fragments from film history, this collage allows us to share moments of sudden doubt by people of whom we would not really expect it.
