The House of Osama Bin Laden is a multi-media installation, that resulted from a research mission, granted by the Imperal War Museum. The artists went to Afghanistan and thoroughly investigated the last house that Osama bin Laden used as his official address. Now, with a joystick in the hand, the visitor of the installation can explore the same environment, rendered in 3D computer graphics. To that the artists also added documentary footage of the place, still images from signposts, and a series of fake flags. In its totality, the installation elegantly moves away from a First Person Shooter to a puzzle game, rich in references and very elegant in its design.
