An occasionally bizarre and complex approach to American politics and the War on Terrorism. The film is both essayist and satirical and makes use of a variety of styles and techniques. For instance many of the aesthetics have been borrowed from the design of web sites. The cartoons of politicians used are also available as icons to be used at home on the computer desktop. The most incredible texts turn out to be borrowed literally from official notes.
