Hugh Mann Adamson

Hugh Mann Adamson is a creative producer and writer based in Yorkshire, UK. He has produced over twenty shorts with the latest of them being supported by BFI NETWORK. Hugh’s films have been selected at BAFTA, Oscar and Goya-qualifying film festivals globally. He has three features in development, with his debut feature receiving the BFI’s Early Development Fund. Hugh is an alumnus of the BFI NETWORK Creative Producers Lab 2021 and EIFF Talent Lab 2022. In 2023 he will complete Screen Yorkshires: Flex, a 6-month development scheme. Through 2023 and 2024 his production company was selected consecutively for the Emerging Indie Fund with Channel 4. Hugh is part of BAFTA Connect, a BIFA voter and member of the Producers Collective UK and Channel 4 Producers Network. Through his company ENON films, he’s a proud ‘founding friend’ of the BIFA-qualifying Spirit of Independence Film Festival.

ENON films is a UK and Spanish production company working both in television and feature films with a story-first approach to all their productions. ENON films have established major relationships with the British Film Institute, Screen Yorkshire and the major British broadcaster Channel 4, who supports the company via the Emerging Indie Fund. ENON films is a PACT-affiliated production company.
