Evan Horan

Evan Horan is a producer and the co-production lead at film and TV production company Keeper Pictures – based in Dublin. Credits include Oddity, a Shudder Original directed by Damian McCarthy; About Joan, directed by Laurent Larivière, and starring Isabelle Huppert; A Dog Called Money, directed by Seamus Murphy, featuring PJ Harvey; Sunlight, directed by Claire Dix. He is a queer filmmaker who is committed to working with LGBTQIA+ talent and stories. He is on the Board of Directors of GAZE International LGBTQIA+ Film Festival and is a graduate of the EAVE Producers Workshop, Berlinale Talents, and Emerging Producers. He also manages X-Pollinator – a talent development initiative and network, now in its fifth year, that addresses gender diversity in the Irish screen industry.

Keeper Pictures - Ireland

Dublin based Keeper Pictures, formerly known as Blinder Films, is a multi-award-winning film and TV production company. Since founding in 2006, it has produced twenty two features (narrative & documentary) and four TV series. Keeper is a female led company whose films have been selected for international festivals, including Sundance, Berlinale, Slamdance, Rotterdam, SXSW, Tribeca, Toronto, and BFI London. Current productions include The Gone, a 6 x 1 hour crime drama which aired on TVNZ and RTÉ in 2023; Nick Pesce’s Visitation for eOne with Rumble Films, starring Olivia Cooke, Isla Johnston, Olivia Williams, Penelope Wilton and Stephen Rea currently in post-production; and Shudder Original Oddity with Nowhere, currently in post-production, directed by Damian McCarthy and starring Gwilym Lee, Carolyn Bracken and Tadhg Murphy.
