Caroline Hitland
Caroline Hitland is a graduate of the Norwegian Film School, as well as holding a bachelor’s degree in arts management from BI Norwegian Business School. She has worked in the film industry in Norway for several years as a coordinator and producer assistant on productions such as A Stork´s Journey (2017). Caroline was one of the producers of the critically acclaimed mini series The Architect that premiered at Berlinale Series in 2023 and got a Special Mention. Lars is LOL, her first feature film as a producer, was released in September 2023 to rave reviews and has currently over 135.000 admissions in cinema in Norway.

Founded as Ole Olsen Filmfabrik in 1906, Nordisk Film is the world’s oldest film production company in continuous operation. In 1992, Nordisk Film merged with Egmont, one of Scandinavia’s leading media corporations. Nordisk Film Production was established in Norway in 1993 and has produced a wide range of series and films, e.g Oscar nominated Kon-Tiki, The 12th Man, Viaplay original series Fenris and The Architect, the drama series Twin for NRK and the WW2 epic movie Narvik.
