Anouk Shad
Anouk is a producer and writer who crafts compelling, contemporary tales for a diverse audience. With her production company, Topaz Films, she is currently producing and co-writing a feature documentary following a professional football player's journey of self-discovery in an industry dominated by structural racism and toxic masculinity.
In 2022, Anouk co-founded Gewächshaus, a publicly funded initiative to promote diversity in front of and behind the camera in DACH. She began her career with Terra Mater Film Studios, and while working closely with Netflix, Universal, and Warner Bros, she is co-responsible for productions like the Academy Award-shortlisted Netflix Original documentary The Ivory Game and the Sam Neill and Tom Payne sci-fi film MindGamers.
Anouk has also served as an Executive Producer for branded content, partnering with brands such as Nike, Red Bull, Uber, and more. She holds an M.A. in Theatre, Film, and Media Studies.
