IFFR Kids Talk Schrijftijgers 2020

On Saturday 25 January young film lovers get to work on film and writing themselves, during the IFFR Kids Talk Schrijftijgers in collaboration with SKVR. A film and writing workshop for kids ages eight and up.

During this Kids Talk you find out how a screenplay is written and how scenes are brought to life. You form groups to write a scene, inspired by the film Toen mijn vader een struik werd. You then perform this scene on stage.

Maureen Versprille is a screenwriter of numerous films and series. At the moment she’s working on the screenplay of Floddertje (an adaptation of Annie M.G. Schmidt’s book). She’ll guide you through the world of screenwriting, giving you tips and tricks how to get started yourself.

The workshop is a collaboration between IFFR and SKVR. Parents and supervisors can visit a festival film during the workshop.
