The sequel to Is It Easy To Be Young? (1986) by the Latvian director Juris Podnieks, a film which used interviews and documentary images to sketch a picture of the younger generation. However it was banned because the tone was too Western. After Podnieks' death, the crew decided to make a follow up about the present situation of the protagonists. It provides an interesting portrait of today's Latvia.
