Zapruder

ZAPRUDER is an interdisciplinary Italian collective founded in 2000 and led by David Zamagni and Nadia Ranocchi (producers, authors and directors). Together with co-founder Monaldo Moretti (director of photography) and a vast team of creatives and sound designers, the collective is a testament to the power of collaboration and experimentation in contemporary filmmaking. Emerging from the Italian experimental film movement of the 1980s, Zapruder's films explore the boundaries of the medium, pushing the limits of narrative, form, and genre. Through their unique approach to documentary and narrative filmmaking, Zapruder has created a bold and singular artistic vision, one that reflects a deep understanding of the cinematic language, while also exploring the performative characteristics of installations.
