Yosr Gasmi

Actor, screenwriter and filmmaker Yosr GASMI (Tunisia) studied French and Comparative Literature at Sorbonne Université and Ecole Normale Superieure de Tunis. With an interest in image in its various artistic and scriptural expressions, she has made films with her partner Mauro Mazzocchi, an Italian filmmaker and philosopher. Their first film I Want to Go Mad, Raving Mad - L.E.N.Z (2016), about a traveller finding refuge with a family, was an independent production. Geology of Separation (2023), selected for IFFR 2023, is their second film together.
