Still: In Hi KoFilmmaker Utkarsh RAUT (1993, India) works with motion design, 3D animation, and almost anything visual, and describes his short films as "largely music videos with ambient narratives". He studied engineering and arts. In hi ko (2020) was selected for IFFR 2023.
