Uriël Matahelumual
Uriël MATAHELUMUAL (1993, The Netherlands) is a filmmaker and educator who worked on MovieZone at the Eye Filmmuseum, Amsterdam. He owns the film production company Fisuals which produces music videos, commercials and feature films in collaboration with music composer Ashraf BESSY. In 2021, he directed a commercial for the crowdfunding campaign for the National Moluccan Monument. Matahelumual's work focuses on inclusion, social issues, diversity and the oral history of the Moluccan diaspora in the Netherlands. Goldfish for Breakfast (2024) is selected for IFFR 2024.
