Tsuchiya Yutaka
TSUCHIYA Yutaka (b. 1966) began serious creative work in 1990. He initiated the release of a free shareware video, Without Television, in 1994. He continues to spread the work of media activists. His documentary The New God (1999) was shown at festivals worldwide. His first feature, Peep "TV" Show, was selected in 2004 for the Tiger Awards Competition in Rotterdam.
