Tom Harper
Tom HARPER (1980, United Kingdom) is a scriptwriter and filmmaker. At the age of 26, he was nominated for a BAFTA (the most important British film award) for his short film Cubs. Alongside short films, he has directed many TV series and a full-length feature, The Scouting Book for Boys. War Book (2014) is his second film.
