Tom DiCillo
Tom DiCillo has been active in theatre and independent films since 1979, after completing the New York University's Graduate Film School. He worked for a while as cameraman (e.g. on Jim Jarmusch's Stranger than Paradise) and acted in several plays 'off-off Broadway', including Johnny Suede, a creation of his own that later served as an example for his directing début of the same name that won the Golden Leopard at the Locarno film festival.
