Suwa Nobuhiro

Suwa Nobuhiro (1961, Hiroshima) started his film career in 1980 as assistant director on Nagasaki Shunichi's The Lonely Hearts Club Band in September. He was then assistant director with e.g. Yamamoto Masashi, Nagasaki Shunichi and Ishii Sogo. In 1990 he started making television documentaries. In 1995 he wrote and filmed a documentarylike fiction film about Kamiyama Sojin, a Japanese actor who worked in Hollywood. His début 2/Duo was screened in Rotterdam in 1997.
