Shariff Korver

Shariff KORVER (1982) graduated from the Netherlands Film Academy in 2011 as a director. His graduation film No Way Back won several prizes, under which the Young CIVIS Media Prize, selected by members of the European Parliament. His debut feature The Intruder (2014) premiered in Toronto, was selected for various international film festivals, and won Best Movie and Best Director at the First Time Fest in New York. He then worked for TV series in the Netherlands, including Black Widow, Zwarte Tulp and Klem. Korver continued his work for TV with the crime series Fenix (2018), world premiere at IFFR.
