Shane Meadows

Shane MEADOWS (1972, Nottingham, England) was kicked out of art school, a photography course and drama school for various decadent reasons. In 1994 he taught himself how to make films and since then has made more than 70 shorts and documentaries. Small Time (1996) was his breakthrough, which was followed by his first feature TwentyFourSeven, shown in Rotterdam in 1998.
