Sebastian Winkels
Sebastian Winkels (1968) worked as a camera technician and assistant before studying film at the Konrad Wolf Academy in Potsdam-Babelsberg. He makes full-length documentaries and short fiction films. His short film Partie Lento was screened in Rotterdam in 2001.
