Sarah Watt

Sarah WATT lives in Melbourne, Australia. For fifteen years she has worked as a writer, director and producer of short, hand-painted animated shorts. Her début Small Treasures won the Lion for best short at the Venice festival in 1995. Her films are personal, but also search for the universal aspects of people's experience. And they are often gently funny. Look Both Ways is her first feature film and was awarded the Discovery Award of the Toronto International Film Festival 2005.
