Russ Hexter

Russ Hexter (1969-1996) studied at the NYU Tisch School of the Arts. He attracted a lot of attention with his student films One Fine Day and Cranberry on the Hudson. He founded Big 'Ol Productions with Jim Carden. The comic short film Two Sad Cowboys has been screened at several international festivals. Russ Hexter died on 29 April 1996 of arterial disease.
