Robin Campillo

Robin CAMPILLO (1962, Morocco) graduated from the IDHEC (predecessor of the FEMIS) in 1986. After his studies he decided to interrupt his carrier to fight AIDS. In the 1990s, he became a successful screenwriter, notably for films by Laurent Cantet (Time Out and Heading South). In the meantime, he concentrated on film editing, working with Cantet again as well as for television. In 2004, Campillo made his debut feature They Came Back.
