Rob Curry

Before moving into film, Rob Curry (UK) worked as a theatre director for several years. He is a co-founder of Fifth Column Films, an artist-led film production company. This company focuses on the fringes of society. Curry’s short films have been well represented at film festivals and won many awards. His co-direction with Tim Plester, award-winning documentary Way of the Morris, premiered at SXSW in 2011. The Ballad of Shirley Collins (2017) is Curry and Plester’s second film.
