Ricardo Larraín
Ricardo Larraín (1957) studied communication at the Universidad Catolica of Santiago de Chili. He made short and mid- length animation films before making his feature début in 1991 with La frontera, for which he won a Silver Bear at the film festival in Berlin. He then made two social-historic documentaries about Chile.
