Philippe Schwinger
Philippe SCHWINGER (1961, Saint-Imier) studied at the High School for Visual Arts in Geneva. With Frédéric MOSER he won the Swiss Art Award three times in a row (in 1998, 1999 and 2000). They currently live and work in Berlin.
