Omar Rodriguez Lopez

Omar RODRIGUEZ LOPEZ (1975, Puerto Rico) is an extremely productive musician (seven records in 2009). His progrock band The Mars Volta attracts huge audiences. In film he is self-taught, but in this field as well he is very productive: before his debut The Sentimental Engine Slayer (2010) was released, he had already shot his next two films: El Divino Influjo De Los Secretos and Boiling Death Request.
