O Muel
O Muel (b. Jeju, 1971) is a member of the Korean cultural collective Terror J and works in theatre as well as being a film director. He is director of the Flowered Hair street festival, co-director of the Jeju Independent Film Society and artistic director of the Japari Research Centre. Jiseul is his fourth feature.
